Michail Mavrovouniotis  graduated from Economic University of Macedonia (Thessaloniki-Greece). He has post graduated diplomas on Advanced Marketing and Customer Service. He worked for 15 years as Marketing Manager in Insurance Industry.In 1998 he established MEGASERVICE and in 2007 MEGASERVICE NET.

He is former President of Hellenic Marketing Institute,and member of many non-profit organizations.
